Christmas nails

DAY 21: It's almost Christmas guys! I can't believe it. I'm happy yet sad at the same time. One of my favorite things about Christmas is everything before Christmas, and building up to Christmas Day! Anyways for day 21 is nails. They weren't too terrible hard to paint. They are simple yet pretty. Hope everyone is enjoying time with their family and friends, and making cookies and ice skating, and making snow angels....wow this is turning into the line from elf. Haha anyways have a great day guys!

The stockings were hung by the chimney with care

DAY 17: We finally hung up our stockings. Are we the only ones that hang up stockings for our dogs? Haha they are part of the family so of course they deserve a stocking! Well I think I'm going to go bake a pumpkin roll now. Hope everyone is staying warm.

Best friends

DAY 14: Well it looks like I went back on my promise to myself. I promised I was going to post everyday during December, but I was so busy yesterday I didn't have time. I went to work early in the morning, got home then got ready for a Christmas party at my friends apartment. Yesterday's challenge was supposed to be all wrapped up, however I missed it so today's blogger challenge is best friends. I feel like this couldn't be more perfect, since I got to hang out with them practically all day yesterday and today. It was great! Kelly and Kristen are actually sisters, but we are all really good friends with each other! Anyone else have the same friend as their sister? It's probably not very common, but I love these girls so much!

Favorite fragrance

DAY 12: Hello!  Sorry I'm posting a bit later today then I usually do. One of my friends got back from college today, so I have been spending most of my day with her and haven't had time to post. Anyways today for my blogger challenge is perfume, but i decided to do a body spray instead. At the moment this is one of my favorite fragrance from bath bath and body works, A Thousand Wishes.

Eyes

DAY 10: today for my blogger December challenge is eyes. For my make up I used the chocolate bar from Too Faced for my eyeshadow. I used the colors crime brûlée and hazelnut. For my eyeliner I used the infallible super slim loreal liquid eyeliner on top which created the cat eye. Then for my water lined I used the same eyeliner, except it was a pencil and not liquid. As for my mascara I used manga from loreal.

Michael Buble

DAY 9:  Today for my blogger challenge, is currently listening to. Iv been listening to Michael Bubles Christmas album non stop this month. I love his music, but I especially love his Christmas album! I love all the traditional Christmas songs but my favorite on his album has to be " Cold December night". I'm listening to that song right now in fact while drinking a candy cane frappe from Starbucks, which by the way is amazing and you should try it if you haven't!

Something that sparkles

DAY 8: day 8 of my blogger challenge is something that sparkles. So if you guys didn't know, I am obsessed with sparkly things. So when day 8 came up I couldn't just do one sparkly item.
Pink shirt- obviously I got this from Victoria secrets. I love this shirt so much! I got it last year and iv worn it so much. The thing I love about this shirt is the material is very comfy so it can be a nice lounge around shirt, but it also looks nice to wear out too. By the way who else is excited to see the Victoria secret fashion tomorrow? I  know I can't wait to watch it!

Boots- I believe I got this about two years ago as a Christmas present. Now I will admit they don't go with everything, and it is hard to put an outfit together with them, but I when I do wear them they really make my outfit shine.

Sweet on Paris body spray- I got this about two years ago from Bath and Body Works. They discontinued it, so I'm glad I bought a big bottle. I don't usually like super sweet scents, but I couldn't resist getting this one. Not to mention it also makes you sparkle when you spray it on.

Sequin skirt- this skirt I actually bought on Black Friday this year. It's so gorgeous, and it will give any outfit that extra sparkle. This skirt will probably be part of Christmas outfit.

The sky's the limit

DAY 6: day 6 of my blogger challenge is the sky. Here is a picture of the sky I took the other day. It looked so beautiful! That it one of the only good things about waking up early for school, is getting to see the beautiful sky as the sun comes up. Hope everyone is having a good day or night! Only 19 more day till Christmas, that's crazy!

Favorite hand-creams

DAY 5: day 5 of my December blogger challenge is hand cream. Once the weather becomes very cold, my skin always gets very dry, especially my hands. Right now these are tow of my favorite hand creams. Zoella Creamy Madly Dreamy is an excellent hand lotion. It's smells wonderful and it has a very good consistency. I got this from feelunique.com . The second hand cream I got from Bath and Body works and it is called Honey crisp Apple and Butter Rum. Now this lotion smells amazing! Out of the two it is probably my favorite. It has triple moisture, so it especially helps my dry hands.

If  you didn't read one of my recent posts about facts about myself, I said that besides a passion for beauty and fashion I also love to dance. Candles

DAY 3 of my blogger December challenge. This candle is one of my favorites at the moment, it smells really good and it's very seasonal. I actually got this candle from bath and body works last year but it still smells great, and is still shinning bright!

Are you red-dy for Christmas

This is day TWO of  my December blogger challenge. Here is some lovely new lipstick I just bought. It is called are you Red-dy from Maybelline. You can probably find this lipstick at any local drug store. I really love this color, it's so festive for this time of the year.

Advent calendar

Yay it's finally time to start my December blogger challenge, or my 31 days of blogmas.
Day 1 is an advent calendar. Now this calendar we have had since I can remember. My mom made it a bit after my parents got married. Every year when my sister and I were younger, we enjoyed taking a new decoration out of the pockets and hanging it on the tree. The tradition still continues and it is something iv always enjoyed doing.  This is also my second post of the day, crazy isn't it!

1. Besides having a passion for beauty and fashion, I also love dancing. Some of my favorite styles to dance are ballet, lyrical, and jazz.

2. I am working on getting a major in Fashion Merchandising.

3. I am 5'9'' so I rarely wear heels, and when I do I pretty much tower over everybody!

4. When I was younger I used to hate shopping, my mom used to have to literally drag me to the mall. Now it is one of my favorite things to do.

5. I have an obsession for peanut butter.

6. I am an extreme girly girl now, but when I was younger I went through a faze where all I would wear was basket ball shorts, and I didn't even like basketball.

7. I love animals, especially dogs.

8. I hate crying in public or around anyone. Even when I watched the "Fault in our Stars" I didn't cry.

9. I love traveling, I have been to many places except for Europe. However I am going to be going there next summer, and I am so excited.

10. I was almost named Natalie, but my parents named me Angela because my sister was only three and she could not pronounce the name Natalie.

11. My favorite type of music is pop.

1. Where were you born? I was born in Texas. I am a southern girl, yet I will never wear cowboy boots or a cowboy hat.
2. Describe yourself in three words? Bubbly, positive, goofy
3. What is your guilt pleasure? I love watching all the wedding shows on TLC such as Say Yes to the Dress and Four Weddings.
4. What quality do you appreciate the most in others? People who are always positive and never bring you down.
5. What do you hope to accomplish one day? I would love to be a buyer or fashion coordinator for a big name brand.
6. Three things you can't live without? My phone, mascara, and my family.
7. Who are your favorite bloggers? I don't know, I am just going to say someone who I have been a fan of for the longest and that is Zoella.
8. Why did you start blogging? I love fashion and beauty, and blogging always looked so fun to me.
9. If you could live anywhere on earth where would it be? Either New York, California, or England. Iv never been to England but it seems like a nice place to live.
10. What would be the first thing you would do if you won the lottery? Buy concert tickets haha
11. What did you want to be when you grew up? It changed so often. I think it went from ballerina, to teacher, to photographer, to actor, and then to now.

"It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas "

Hey guys! So I know it's kind of early but I am already in the Christmas spirit. That includes watching Christmas movies and listening to Christmas music...too early you think...oh well. Anyways last night I went downtown with my friend to find they had put up all the Christmas decor and the Christmas tree. It's so beautiful during Christmas time. I love it!

So I don't know about you guys but since it has gotten colder, my lips have been extremely dry. These are my go to items for my lips. They help moisturizers them, and give them a great color.

Make-up favorites

So today I am going to talk about some of my favorite make up products that I use. Iv mentioned these before in previous posts, but I never really got to talk about them.

First off is one of my favorite eye shadow pallets, Too Faced chocolate bar. As you can see it has some beautiful colors, and I'm a person who really likes to wear browns and golds so this was perfect for me. Plus it smells like chocolate, and who wouldn't love that. I got this for about $50, so it is a bit expensive but I love it so much, and I know it will last me quit awhile. Too Faced actually has a lot of great eyeshadows, so if you don't like this one I suggest looking at some of their other ones.

Iv recently become a fan of loreal, I'm actually not sure why iv never gotten any of their products because I love them. This eyeliner is great! For a person like me who loves to do a cat eye it is perfect. It's not too thick, so it can give you that perfect little wing. Also another product from loreal iv been loving is their manga mascara. It can lengthen and add volume to your lashes. Also it doesn't even take that many coats to get your lashes looking fab.

Last but not least is my Clinique chubby stick. These are about $16 but they are totally worth it. It moisturizers your lips and adds a beautiful color to them. Plus it comes right off not even leaving any stains on your lips. I love these so much I have about three! The color here is chunkiest chili, which is a great fall color.

I love burgundy

Just got back from a full day out and about with my family. It was lots of fun! Here is what I wore. I especially love these burgundy jeans I got from Macy's.

Quick shopping trip

So yesterday my friend and I went shopping at Ulta where I got these face masks, which i am really excited to use. Then we stopped by bath and body works which I'm sure you all know is one of my favorite places, but there I bought the lavender vanilla and spiced apple toddy candles. They smell so good I couldn't resist! Anyways one more day till the weekend we are almost there guys!

Rainy days

So today has been a lovely cold and raining day where I live. These are some of the best days to stay indoors and be super lazy. I decided to get a Starbucks white mocha and cuddle up in the warm blankets. Also since it's dark and gloomy I also took the opportunity to light one of my favorite candles from bath and body works, spiced pimpkin cider and turn on my fairy lights in my room. What are some of your favorite things to do on a rainy day?

Halloween decorations

Looks like it's time to take down the Halloween decorations. I had a great Halloween, hope everyone else had a good Halloween too. Time is just going by so fast, before we know it, it will be time to put up Christmas decor.

I'm so excited I finally got my lotion and body wash from Zoellas beauty line. It smells amazing, I am  going to go through this quickly for sure! I suggest getting something from her line if you have not. Here is the link to the website I bought them on http://www.feelunique.com.

CUPCAKES

These are some cute Halloween cupcakes I made yesterday with the help of my lovely friend Zoe. 

Spiders: we frosted them with purple icing, used cut up marshmallows for the eyes with an m&m. Then with stick pieces of twizzlers in for the legs.

Pumpkin and candy corn: the pumpkin ones we iced with green frosting and put candy pumpkins on them. Then for the candy corn ones we frosted the bottom layer yellow, then put orange and a little bit of white on top that, then we finished off with candy corn in a cicrcle at the top with one candy corn in the middle. It was so much fun and easy to make.

Fall Decor

I love this one area in my house so much. It makes me happy every time in pass it, I just love how it looks. Now if only the weather would get colder so it would actually feel like its fall.

Nail polish

I know this isn't a fall color, but I wanted to paint my nails this color one more time because it is one of my favorites!

Make-up

So if you are like me you don't exactly have very much money to go out and buy expensive makeup, yet I love wearing it. So her is how I did my makeup when I went to a ballet the other night. It was all decently priced makeup.
